Backupower Wally was an interesting opportunity to challenge the conventional portable chargers. Rethinking simple technologies with an integral functionality, Wally was able to provide options for different usage scenarios – recharging AA batteries via the A/C socket, recharging AA batteries on the move via the USB connector and charging mobile phones via the AA batteries to extend talk-time.

Optimizing the form factor with materials including rubber and aluminum, the unique design identity further cultivated Techtium’s brand positioning among the premium traveler’s accessory.
